I have installed early version (2.3.8). The problem here also.

look at https://www.stadtsingechor-zu-halle.de/kalender/
(In the feed button) to Google is ok. To Outlook and ics is not working???

Now is google-export no longer don’t working…

I have found the causale. The plugin polylang 1.8.3. crashed with ics-export. Please check this.
