    No matter what selection I choose to download orders, the plugin doesn’t download anything.
    Even if I check the orders of one specific and select just a couple of fields, it doesn’t work.
    Only a 0% progress bar appears, and after a few seconds an alert window is shown saying “my.real.site.com says: ” and nothing else.

    In the error.log I can see the following output:

    2016/11/07 12:02:21 [error] 12668#0: *965207 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /var/www/XXXXXXXX/wp-includes/meta.php on line 838” while reading response header from upstream, client: 91.117.XX.XXX, server: XXXXXXX.com, request: “POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php HTTP/2.0”, upstream: “fastcgi://127.0.0.1:9000”, host: “XXXXXXXX.com”, referrer: “https://XXXXXXXXX.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-order-export”

    Any ideas?

    this client has exactly same problem – the plugin fails for some dates.

    Could you setup test subdomain and use plugin “Duplicator” to clone website?
    I’ll provide pro version for free. I must fix this strange bug.

    Could you configure webserver to output errors in browser window ?

    and press “export w/o progressbar” ?

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    I read all these comments but I am still getting this error. I’ve already tried [w/o progressbar] and change the format to export. No matter what selection I choose to download orders, the plugin doesn’t download anything. Sometimes it appers a window with nothing, or the progressbar doesn’t change the 0%. How can I fix this?

    Please, I really need help with this trouble.

    – Could you review errors logs ?
    1. visit cpanel, open page “Error Log”
    2. login via ftp to your webserver , check file error.log in wordpress folder

    – Could you provide exact error message which you see in the browser?

    I had this exact problem. The solution for me was changing the output from xls to csv.
