EXPORT CUSTOM TABLES

Correct, as of right now you cannot export directly from custom database tables that we haven’t built support for.

However, if you’re exporting a post type and you just need to grab some data from other tables, you can use custom PHP functions: https://www.wpallimport.com/tour/export-developer-friendly/.
