EXPORT CSV FILE

Dear Support,
We’re having issues importing the csv file generated by the plugin into Excel.
The Text Area field, which contains the free-form messages typed by users, contains numerous line breaks which, even though they are wrapped in double quotes, excel reads as new columns.
This issue does not occur when opening the file with Numbers, however the client uses an older version of Excel, and we could not find a simple, viable workaround for them.
The easiest thing would be to manage to export the data directly to a properly formatted Excel file (at the moment the only export offered in .csv). Should this not be possible, we ask if there is anything you can do on your end to resolve this issue.
