    Hi there,
I’ve installed the Advanced CF7 DB plugin and I need to export my CF7 form to excel.
apparently, when selecting several options, the CF7 checkbox values are separated with <cr> or <cr><lf> and this splits the lines in the CSV export then provoking a mess in the xls rows.
how can we change the multiple values list being also different from the “,” delimiter fixed by Advanced CF7 DB ?
    thank you in advance
    Rico

    Hi Rico,

    Hope you are well.

We have reviewed your comments and we could not find any issue from our end. In your case, the exported sheet will contain the ‘\r\n'(generally using for the new line in encoding) which replaced by CF/LF when open in excel.

But sometimes, it might be happening due to the exported sheet data encoding format. Currently, we have set the UTF-8 encoding for the exported sheet. Could you please change your default encoding with UTF-8 and try it. It may be definitely resolved.

Also, we are planning to provide some other type of exporting options (such as .xls) in our future updates.
