Firstly, could you please let us know how did you set up your brands? As categories, as attributes, or with a different method?

You had the ‘Yes, export all custom meta’ checked? https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/#section-8

You can also add custom columns to the import/export – but this will require a bit of programming: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/#section-9
