• I have been trying to export all content for the past few days and keep ending up with an “Inactivity Timeout’ error.

Server-side, I’ve already adjusted .user.ini settings so that max_execution_time is at 180 and max_input_time is at 60. I’ve also been on the phone with my host (GoDaddy) who has assured me that this is a WordPress problem, not a hosting problem (not sure how much I believe them in all honesty).

I can export individual post types. Unfortunately, Shopify does not accept individual exports. It has to be “All Content”. So I am at a loss and feel my only option is to reach out to the WordPress community and hope I get lucky.

UPDATE: I’ve also tried disabling all plugins (renamed the folder to “plugins-OLD” via FTP) and I’ve also tried changing the theme. The issue persists.

    I would conduct a test:

    1. Since you have the full export (are you sure you do?), we will use that to:
    2. Setup a test default WP site with default theme and no plugins on a new server environment that has a 30 day refund policy and better actual support.
    3. Use the file to import.

    Does it import?
