@monkeywisdom Support here is for the plugin, as distributed here, only and no payment is involved. If there’s a SAAS involved or a premium version of the plugin, please take it up via the developer’s private support channels.

    Hello @monkeywisdom,

I am not sure who @sterndata is, this person is not staff from Blubrry. Sorry for what ever trouble he has caused. Also I apologize we did not see your first posting.

It appears you are using the “Podcast Channels” feature in PowerPress, and you’ve created a podcast channel called “audio”. Go to PowerPress menu on the left, there is a sub menu option called “Podcast Channels”, select that. Then click edit your Audio podcast channel. Once here, click the “Apple” tab and go ahead and select either “clean” or “yes” if you have explicit content. Then click save. You should then see the explicit setting there.

Apple has made the explicit setting a required setting for submitting new shows. They should not have rejected your show though if it was already on their directory unless there was some sort of technical issue. I would recommend running your feeds though https://www.castfeedvalidator.com just to be sure everything now is good. Then once you have the explicit setting set the way you want, contact Apple podcasts through the podcastsconnect.apple.com portal, someone should help you within 24-48 hours.

    Thanks,
    Angelo

He’s a forum moderator and that should be clear to you and anyone else. His name says “Moderator” next to it as a bbPress label.

These are not your forums, you’re a guest and you may not support any paying customers here.

Your account temporarily flagged for moderation. That just means that your post will need to be approved and @ notifications from you will not work. Please do not use the review section for support.

Why? Because you’re violating the rules here. You cannot support any of your customers in these community forums.

Contact the moderators about this via the Slack #forums channel. It will be explained to you and please do not DM anyone about this.

@monkeywisdom The author made a mistake. He cannot support you in these forums. I’ve archived your reply and I am closing this topic.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
