    Hello,
I recently installed your great (for me the best for the time being in its category) dictionary.
Nonetheless, I encounter an issue on my site where the shortcode inserts with every of the first ‘<p>’ put automatically by WP.

Example of what I get visually:
<p style="text-align: justify;">Maribor, le 26 septembre (Agence STA) – Les investisseurs chinois, qui avaient annoncé il y a quelque temps l’installation d’une usine de fabrication de batteries à Maribor, sont sur le point, semble t-il, de passer concrètement à l’action. La société Shihlien Apes...

When I deactivate Exed this bug disappears.

Looking at the sources of the post one can see that strangely the Exed code mixes up with WP code.

See, the source code of the snippet below:

    <section class="entry-content ">
                  <<strong><span class="explanatory-dictionary-highlight" data-definition="explanatory-dictionary-definition-10009"></span></strong>p style="text-align: justify;">Maribor, le 26 septembre

Do you know please why this app’s code gets inside the paragraph tag and messes it up?

In advance, thank you for your kind answer.
    WBR

    Rickhen

    Hello Slobiz,

Can you show me a screenshot of the content in the admin (via normal text editor that shows the html as well) where it conflicts?

    Hello RJ,
Thanks to getting back to me. Here are 4 linksq:
    1) directly on the blog (you and the users can see the weird code just at the beginning of the post)
    2) the screen shot of the same post in the HTML editor in B-O as you asked (I put the screenshot directly on the WP media gallery here
    3) the screenshot of this very same post but showing the source code here
    4) the shortcode is inserted in this page

When I disable the extension the problem seems to disappear.

Maybe it’s the theme I’m using or an interaction with some other extension.
It’s very nice of you to have a look into this. It would be a sad thing for me to disable the plugin because It is a very good function.

    Hello,

Can you have a look at the following 2 terms:
‘Accord’ and ‘Démarche’ because I believe they contain white spaces in the synonyms.

When I look here: https://sloveniabusinesschannel.com/V0/lexique-2/ I can see that for those 2 terms it just ends with a , followed by nothing.

It seems that there is a bug with whitespaces in the synonyms that I will address in the next update.

For now can you check those 2 terms and check the synonyms and remove any excessive spaces?

If you have removed the spaces and the problem still occurs can you provide me with the synonyms you are using on those 2 terms?

    Hello again,
Thanks for your answer. I think you found the issue. I removed the “comma” at the end of the synonyms of these two words you reported and it seems excellent now.
I checked a sample of my posts and the problem disappeared. I will have a deeper look in the following hours.
I am very happy rjvandoesburg. Again thank you for your rapidity and efficiency.
If you need some testers next time you upgrade you know now whom to ask ??
It would be a cool feature to have the possibility to add more than one translation to a definition. I use Explanatory Dictionary not really as a dictionary but rather as a lexicon or glossary to provide a translation of french words into slovene language.
    Cheers and thanks again
