Explanation Format (breaks are not working)

Also, the explanation on the quiz results page can’t handle short codes or video embeds.

Also, links are not clickable and text is not copy-able.

A couple more minor things:

(1) Similar to the mobile, the question numbers are too close to the words on the “results” page: https://imgur.com/QS9n0vM

(2) It would look great if there was a line separating each answer explanation from the next question like this: https://imgur.com/xMIQCK2
