Explain toggle options

I just used the on/off toggles for cookies for the first time and I like them a lot. Thank you so much!

One thing which should be improved is the state of the toggle button. I think you should provide three text fields (which should be editable) which are shown when the user is hovering over them as a title. There should be three states:

– “turned on” (on)
– “turned off” (off)
– “always turned on, because it is mandatory” (disabled)

When the user is hovering over a toggle, these should be displayed to explain their respective state (on/off/disabled) and why the disabled one cannot be unselected. By allowing these fields to be translated, you also give users the flexibility to explain the reasoning for the fields. That’s why I think this would be very helpful to have them in place.
