I mystified by the Resumes tool. When I go to apply for a job, I press the ‘Apply for Job’ button and it opens up to a small form. Within that form, I can upload pdf or document that is my resume. Below that, I have the ‘Send Application’ button and another button labeled ‘Submit Resume & Apply’.

I need to know what the real purpose for that ‘Submit Resume & Apply’. Is it just an alternate to create an online resume? Can you create more than one? Can you reuse them?

I wish there were more Indepth documentation explaining how each function works from beginning to each like the job application process. What is there now is so general and sometime slightly confusing.

    Thank you.

With the Resumes add-on, a candidate user who comes to your site and wants to apply to a job will first submit his or her resume to the site, essentially as part of their profile. Then, they can use that resume to apply to any jobs on the site.

So, the resume submission comes first, and applying to a job comes second. This facilitates being able to use the uploaded resume on any job application the candidate wants to.

Also, per www.remarpro.com community guidelines, we are not allowed to support premium plugins (paid add-ons) in these forums.
