Hi! Is there a way to add expiry date on products, either with an extension or custom code? I sell food stuff on my Woocommerce store and it is important to keep track of the expiration dates.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @konna,

I found a plugin called Woocommerce Product Availability Scheduler that can schedule product availability by dates and this may work for you.

Thank you for the quick reply! Even though it mentions EXPIRING DATE TIME, it doesn’t have the best reviews and I don’t want to risk the health of my website. Any other option / idea maybe??

    Thanks again!!

There isn’t a way to do this in WooCommerce by default.

So you would either need to use a third-party plugin, like the one mentioned above. Or you would need to write your own custom code to do this.

If you’d like to explore creating your own custom solution, I would recommend checking a site such as https://www.codeable.io to find a skilled third-party developer.
