Yslow reports the main culprit to be timthumb. I tried using the most current version of timthumb, which is supposed to have fixed the expires headers problem, but to no avail.

I just noticed that YSlow is saying that timthumb’s cache expires on 1981/11/19. Any idea how an expires header could be set to a date in the past?

I have the same problem withe w3tc 0.9.2.9
