    Hello,

I offer two subscriptions, paid (3 weeks) and free (unlimited). If the PAID expires I would like it to default to FREE but cannot see how to do this.
Currently the expired account loses access to the [pms-account] tag and therefore cannot even edit or upgrade their account.
    I have replicated this myself.

    Please advise.

    Thankyou.

  • Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I would like to know if you restricted the access to the Account page – [pms-account] – based on a Subscription Plan? If you did please remove that restriction and update that page. Try to login and access that page and let me know if the Paid user can view its account.

    Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you I did have the Accounts restricted to specific plans rather than just logged in users. Now it is fixed.

Can you please answer if it is possible for an expired account to automatically revert back to the lowest “FREE” account level? Currently with an expired account if you view the [pms-account] there is only an option to “renew”, no way to revert down to FREE.

    Thankyou

    Hi,

I am glad the issue is fixed. Regarding the second issue, we don’t have a downgrade solution in PMS.

The user should login inside his account – [pms-account] – and cancel the Subscription Plan. In the Account page he should see a “Cancel” link. If this is not an option as Admin you can remove the Subscription Plan from PMS -> Members.

Now that user, being logged in, should be able to go to the List of Subscription Plans page – [pms-subscriptions] – and subscribe to a new subscription plan.

Let me know if this information helped you.

    Best regards,
