Expired members were not removed from Mailchimp audience

I successfully connect SWPM with Mailchimp services via the addon integration. Two issues I discovered so far in my testing.
1) Any existing members at the level set for Mailchimp audience do not populate the audience list. Only new members will populate the list. How can I push existing members to Mailchimp’s list?

You will have to update the existing members to the membership level with the mailchimp list. Changing the membership level will trigger the Mailchimp signup for that level.

2) Our membership levels are not by subscription. They have fixed expiry dates. When a member’s membership expired, the member is not removed from the Audience. Can this be synchronized automatically? i.e. when a member expired in SWPM, the member’s name is then automatically removed from Mailchimp audience.

Currently this feature only works with subscription type membership registration.

So I have to manually remove all expired members from the audience list. In that case, when an expired member renews the membership at the same level (fixed-expiry-date membership), will it trigger the population name in audience list?

I have to figure out how this work out in our scenario.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t do what you required. This one has just simple option to add members to a list. You may need to look for an alternative plugin.
