Expired Events updating

Hi to all.
In my home I need to show only Today Events that are currently underway.
For example:
I have an event that started yesterday at 23:00 but ended today at 9:00.
If I had looked my homepage yesterday at 20:00 the event should have been visible because it still had to start; this already works fine with events manager.
But if i see my page today at 10:00 event should not be displayed because it is over.
Please someone could tell me if it is possible to have this function?
