Is there the ability to set an expiration date on a download link? Let’s say we create an email campaign and in it we have a download link and we want that link to expire after 2 weeks so the item can no longer be downloaded – is that possible with Download Monitor? If it is how do we do that?
    Thank You,
    Ruth

OK – good to know – under which plan and what is the feature called? How does it work? I looked at your web page and can’t easily see this feature.

It’s included with our Complete pricing plan. That one allows you to create custom rules and set time intervals (dates) when a link is available for download.

OK – I’ve gone ahead and attempted to pay for a Complete plan using my Company CC (which is in good standing) and the order failed – so I tried again, and it failed again. I sent your support an email about it. Kind of confused as to why our order did not go through.

@meruth101 – that’s strange! Could you please try the payment again?

OK – today I was able to make the purchase. If I have any further questions I will reach back out.
