    Hi @dtayl20

We have a troubleshooting step to find out what causes that issue. You can refer to it here: https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/troubleshooting-unpublish/

    Thanks,

Thanks for your docs. I use caching… but your docs do not provide solutions? It simply says disable caching to determine cause. For expirations to work are you suggesting I disable caching??

    Hi @dtayl20

This is a very normal troubleshooting process to solve WordPress issues.

Yes, we recommend temporarily disabling the cache to see if it causing this issue.

    Hi Steve

    Understood.

But if caching is the cause of the issue… the doco doesn’t provide any advice on how to solve it.

If you deactivate the cache plugin and the expirations work fine, then there is some feature on that caching plugin that prevents our plugin to works.

For your information, the scheduling in PublishPress Future is handled by cron jobs. So you can try contacting them on how to keep cron jobs running while the caching plugin is still active.

    Understood.

I use an external cron. No issue with the cron.

I use WP rocket and cloudflare for caching for quite some time… Are there any known issues with either of these??

    Thanks

We haven’t received such reports specifically from WP Rocket or Cloudfare, but they do can affect our plugin functionality.

Could you please try disabling them and see if our plugin works fine after?

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, please reply again here, or you can start a new thread.

    Thanks,
