Expert needed in the yorkshire area

In desperate need of some help, our website https://www.alysinkyfingers.co.uk is taking over a minute to load, we are no experts on this and have tried clearing cache and turning of plugins to no avail, we are waiting from a response from our hosts.

In the meantime can anyone put us in touch with someone preferbly in the yorkshire area who can help, (dont mind paying) as its costing us sales.
