Experiencing several bugs in latest version

Hope that you are doing well, we are encountering a couple issues on a few sites where if you Reset Nested Pages, all of the previous options are then automatically selected on the next Page load. Additionally, if I go into the Post Types UI and deselect “Pages”, same thing where on the next Page load it is automatically re-selected.

Lastly, the Yoast Traffic Lights indicators are not showing up on Pages with the exception of Pages that are set to “No Index”, but seemingly works fine on Posts.

I’m not seeing any JS or Network errors in console, so I am not sure what is happening.

Lastest versions of everything, however one site is on PHP 8.1 and MariaDB 10.6 and the other is on PHP 7.4 and MariaDB 10.4.
