Since around a week some customers of my shop startercultures.eu are unable to pay and get an error message stating something like ‘Expected amount is XX but the real amount is YY’. XX and YY are only a few cents apart. In the backend the log reads: ‘Order contains Mollie payment method, but not a valid Mollie Order ID. Canceling order failed.’

The plugin is up to date, so is woocommerce and wordpress.

    Any ideas?

A customer send a screensnhot of the error: example of error

I think they pulled 7.0.1 again. I would revert back to 6.70 if you can….

When you need 6.7 i got him as download

You can use WP Rollback for that.

    Hi everyone,

The stable version was temporarily set to 6.7.0 while we were looking into a different issue and it should be back to version 7 soon.

@cashmkr2001 This reported issue will be addressed in another update either tomorrow or later this week. In any case, by next week, all of the issues that have been reported with the initial version 7 release should be dealt with. I can’t tell for sure when exactly, but we are working on it and highly appreciate all the feedback we received.
As others have suggested, using version 6.7.0 for the moment is the best workaround if you encounter any unforeseen issues with the latest version 7.0+.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Hi @cashmkr2001,

Could you please give it a try with this pre-release version?:

We have included a potential fix for the mismatch error, but we haven’t been able to reproduce it so far. This makes it tricky for us to verify if it achieves the desired result, so your feedback would be highly appreciated.
    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

We have not heard back from you in a while and the last update provided a relevant improvement that should prevent this error from occurring, so I’m marking this thread as resolved.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to reopen this topic or create a new one.

    Thank you!

Somehow I did not receive notifications for this. My apologies. Indeed: the revert solved the issue, however it returned briefly a few days ago, but you seem to have fixed that in 24 hours with a new update. It works properly now.
