• A perfect 0…ZERO. Don’t even think about the Expansion Pack. I puchased mine last week and am still waiting. It is impossible to contact them and have this corrected. I would have given them a “10” but if I was the one that pulled this stunt I would be in deep trouble.

    I received your email from the 16th of Dec and replied to it on the 18th (16th was Saturday, weekends tend to be slower in terms of support, apologies) – please see the screenshot of the email thread here as a proof.

    At any rate, I’ve re-sent the Expansion Pack purchase receipt once more right now, just in case – if you still haven’t received it (incl. the spam folder :), please let me know, we will definitely solve this issue one way or another!
