If you are trying to add shipping costs into the product price, you have to already know the shipping price and add it manually into the prices in WooCommerce.

If you don’t know the shipping prices, you need to either calculate and average the prices based on your carriers and where you ship to, and then add them to the product price, or offer that as a flat rate shipping fee.
