Expand mobile menu on text click, not on arrow click

Hi,

Please could you advise how to change the Mobile Menu option to expand on text click and not just on the arrow click. Many customers are trying to click the text and it does not expand the menu and then I have to try explain to them to click on the arrow. I would like to try make this as user friendly as possible for them please. Thank you
