Expand Dashboard and Finding Preview Link

Hi, I am not sure if you can see the site since it is not live yet.

I somehow collapsed the dashboard menu on the left side and I haven’t been able to re-expand it.

Next, I used to have a view of a page that I was editing but not publishing that had the option of copying a preview link to share with others. I can’t figure out where it is.

Can someone elp?
