Exluded myself from my site after migration attempt

Hey,

Today I tried to put my locally build site online with the help of this tutorial: https://www.revolution-media.net/index.php/2009/07/how-to-move-wordpress-website-from-localhost-to-the-destination-server/

In step 2 is states: “Search and replace https://localhost/yoursite with https://www.yoursite.com” and so I did.

Now didn’t it work out for some reason with putting the site online (but that is for later care). But also I can’t acces the site anymore locally!

When I try to enter the front of the site I get an 404 error, and when trying to acces the admin site it tries to load the remote URL online.

Anyone seeing how I can resolve this?
I am using MAMP on OSX10.6 and have Coda as an editor.
