Exited from install.php and can’t get back to WordPress

I’ve been pretty stupid – had just run wp-admin/install.php and was configuring my blog when I closed the browser by mistake. Now I can’t get back into WordPress. What do I type as a URL in my browser to get into my WordPress blog? I have tried wp-login.php but a message saying “error establishing database connection”. Same message if I use index.php.

Can I uninstall WordPress easily and then re-install? I seem to have messed it up.
