  • Hello @chilialex

    Hope you are doin well!

Please export both pop-ups, like it is shown in this screenshot:
    https://take.ms/dZioy

Upload both json files to a Google Drive ot a DropbBox and share the download link with us? This way, we could have a closer look at the setup.

    Thank you!

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

    Hello there @chilialex,

hope you’re doing well today! ??

Were you able to resolve this?
Cause I check the page you share and the exit-intent pop-up is showing when I try to go outside the browser tab, after closing the first pop-up with the X icon.
    Please advise!

If this isn’t resolved in your end, please let me know which OS and browser you use for testing.

    Thank you,
    Dimitris

    Hello @wpmudev-support6,

    thanks for your support. ??

We were not able to resolve this. It’s happening every time using Windows 10 and Chromium and circa every second time using Windows 10 and Firefox. Using other browsers and OS’ it’s working fine.

    Kind regards,

    Alex

    Hello Alex,

I trust you are doing well!

I could replicate the issue on your site, but I’ve tested the opt-ins on my end and could not replicate it.

Can you replicate the same issue with all plugins deactivated and WordPress deafult theme active? If all is well, start activating one plugin at a time, till the issue is back. This way you will find which plugin is causing it.

Please let us know, the “internal scrolling” on your site is created with a 3rd party plugin or theme? Please let us know which one is used on your end.

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

As we didn’t hear back from you for some time now, I’m marking this topic as resolved. Please feel free to post back any updates and we can re-open it and continue troubleshooting.

    Thank you,
    Dimitris
