Exit button not showing?

You have made a wonderful plugin.
In your demo and demo pictures, there is an exit button, but I wasn’t sure if it is default there? If so, it is not showing on my site. I have reinstalled multiple times, and opened in Chrome and IE. I am running windows 7 x64. I installed as wordpress plugin.

Edit: to clarify, I am wondering is I need to set up the exit button on my own somehow, and if so, any idea how?
