Great plugin! It’s the only one available that does exactly what we need.

However, on this one site, it’s showing a JS conflict somewhere that is causing the pop to fail. Have done all of the normal stuff – disabling all other plugins, removing potential JS conflicts, etc – and still not seeing where this is coming from.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Thank you,

Hi, there, and thanks for the kind words! I’ve checked your site, and clicking on the twitter and facebook links seems to pop the dialog just fine. Is there something specific I should do to replicate the error?

That’s interesting. I have tried it on three different machines and it doesn’t work. Also, when looking at the console, I am seeing the following:

Uncaught TypeError: jQuery.jAlert is not a function
    at HTMLAnchorElement.exit_notifier_leave_now (frontend.js?ver=1.4.3:14)
    at HTMLDocument.dispatch (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:3)
    at HTMLDocument.r.handle (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:3)

    Thoughts?

    Thanks,

Ok. I happened to test first on a sub-page and it worked fine. If I test on a page with the banner, it crashes exactly as you’ve described. So I’m guessing it has something to do with the javascript for the banner, which may be part of your theme. Can you disable the banner as a test to verify the issue?

    Curtis,

Actually, I think that I found it. It wasn’t the banner, but, the third-party “find a car” widget. Could have sworn I checked that.

Sorry for the trouble. Thanks for your help and keep up the good work!

    Sincerely,
