Existing website

Ok, I know I just just do the research, but my time is limited and I was hoping someone can tell me if this can easily be done.

I have a website (www.symhome.net) which is technically still under development. I like what my web designer gave me, but I was hoping to have a little more interactive aspects to the site. Such as blog type information so I can update projects listed and allow viewers to easily make comments.

So my question is can I replace the text portion of my website only with wordpress, to have it act more as a blog? (https://www.symhome.net/php/windows.php) Currently the PHP code looks for a txt file for the text in that section.
