existing users not updated

    Hi MC4Wp,

    I have a new form that works fine for new subscribers, but does not update currently subscribed members. It says, “Thank you your records have been updated” and it forwards to the thank you page. But it never updates/adds the tag to the existing user, so the user never gets the automation (welcome email.)
    The log shows no error messages.

    I’m stumped.

    and “update existing subscribers” is YES
    “replace interest groups” is NO

    The “tags” implementation currently doesn’t allow updating tags. I recommend switching to Interest groups instead of tags, then everything will work as expected.
