    Hi, thank you for this wonderful plugin. However, I would be most grateful if you could help me to get it working.

    I put all the settings according to instructions and added a cron job to my cPanel. Unfortunately the Really Simple SSL plugin still fails to detect a valid SSL certificate on my site and the Issue temporary SSL option always returns the following message:

    2019-09-27 15:16:04 [info] Account already registered. Continuing...
    2019-09-27 15:16:04 [info] Existing SSL for [my-domain] found at this location: /home/[my-login]/public_html/[my-domain]/wp-content/plugins/auto-install-free-ssl/FreeSSLAuto/src/Admin/tmp-cert/acme_v2/live/[my-domain]/certificate.pem
    2019-09-27 15:16:04 [info] Existing SSL expires in 89 days
    2019-09-27 15:16:04 [info] You have choosen to renew SSL 30 days before the expiry date
    2019-09-27 15:16:04 [info] This app will not generate SSL for [my-domain] today.

    If there’s a certificate, why it can’t be detected? I don’t have a clue what might be wrong…

  • If the certificate is working and Really Simple SSL does not detect it, you can force this by reloading your WP admin over https.

    @kanabi Thank you for using my plugin.

    After done all the settings and Cron job, you don’t need to use the temporarily SSL option at all. Just let the Cron job run. The plugin will issue and install SSL automatically. I think then really simple SSL will detect it.

    But if you still facing issue please send your cPanel credential to me, if you like. My email: support AT freessl.tech

    If my plugin saved your money please support me by writing a review in the review section.

    @rogierlankhorst Thank you.
