existing site to wordpress

Hi all.

Very new to WordPress and finding it pretty slick so far.

I know you’ve heard this a ton of times (and I’ve searched and read a ton of articles here on the forum) but I would like a little advice…

I’m helping out a friend convert an existing site (leah) to WordPress. I’m a rank amateur and wondering if there are tutorials that would pertain to this type of site, or should I start from scratch in WordPress to try and replicate it?
