Ooo that worked! Adding in via the wp-config file!!

Now i can log in and the links all work.

anyone know what would cause changes in wp-admin to throw a 404 error? i had alot of these issues and resolved most of them using the links above. but when i try to delete a menu from my admin i’m getting a 404 error.
