Existing Posts Re-Posting Will it Happen?

  • I have been waiting for re posting for as long as I can remember. Purchased the pro version anticipating a release of v4. They keep saying it will happen, but it has already been a very long time. Will it happen? Your guess is as good as mine. I find it very disinguiness to promote features and then not deliver on them.

    Otherwise the plugin works pretty good. I have had problems lately with it auto posting though. Kinda hit and miss.

  • i’m confused, are you wanting a feature in the plugin to re-send older posts out to social networks? Cause that’s in there now. It’s in the post/page screen within the SNAP settings module, there’s a button right there that says “Repost to Facebook” (or twitter or whatever). I’ve already used it several times, works like a charm.

    The repost works. I am talking about auto reposting. As stated in the plugin the auto post feature is deprecated and is not supported. Thus, use at your own risk.

    It has run away many times making post after post. It is terribly unreliable. I don’t have a problem with that because the developer said it is unsupported.

    However, the auto post feature had been promised for a very long time. As I said, I find it very disingenuous to promote features and then not deliver on them.
