Jon posting plugin

Hi!

I am currently building a website and would like to know if a plugin that already exists can help me do what I’d like to. So here it is briefly:

1-Consumer-users: create consumer account on the website, manage their profile (image preferences, name, username, etc.), post job request.

2-Business-users: create business account on the website, manage their profile, take a look at / receive / buy job request based on their preferences.

3-Admin-users: approve job request (not all of them, some automatically approved) and have control over both business and consumer users account (close, restrict, ban accounts).

Or do you believe it requires custom code? Thanks!
