existing media file not access

    hi,
    my site can be multivendor system.
    i have more vendor’s available, so when vendor’s add product to create a products.
    but the old media files does not access

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Are you trying to allow the vendors to gain access to all media files on the site? Dokan shows only the files added by the vendor to that vendor. Otherwise, any vendor can remove media files of other vendors so we limit the media access.

    I hope this clears the confusion. If not, let me know in detail your end goal.

    I want media file access permission only (add and use)
    disable the delete permission

    I have work on few days ago normally updated images in existing but currently not worked

    Hello @harsha2019 ,

    It looks it got resolved mistakenly.

    If I understand correctly, you want to disable the “delete” media capability from the vendor user role. Is that right?

    You can use this plugin User Role Editor and disable the capability of delete_posts.

    This will remove the options to delete the media file. You can try other plugins as well as described here.
