Exipiration Time Does Not Recognize Site Settings

Using the Post Expirator on a multisite setup. It works as of the last version update, however plugin still does not recognize the expiration time for the Timezone selected in the General Settings >> Timezone. Instead, it only picks up on the time zone of the server.

Example, have a site in the central time zone, let’s say it’s 8:45a. When I Enable Post Expiration box, the time indicates 2:45a, which has already past by 6 hours.

Any ideas?
