Exemplary Support

I only have the free version but this is a really useful plugin. I experienced a problem with editing parameters in an image edit panel which appeared unrelated but with help from Folders turned out to be an issue with the plugin. At every stage Support was excellent: responsive, helpful, each step in the investigation clearly communicated. A fix was identified and provided in good order. This is an exemplar of how support should be done and I really appreciate the helpfulness and professionalism of the team involved.
