Hello!

When trying to create a feed it takes a very long time if it succeeds mostly doesn’t. Our developer server which does not have Cloudflare got an execution time error.
PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded in /wp-content/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/classes/class-attributes.php on line 93

In our live server after pressing the “save and continue button” on the feed creation tab, it gives a 524 Cloudflare error.

In our developer server if it succeeds the process is stuck at 5%.

I really appreciate it if we could get some help with this bizarre behavior !

Hi @rslstudio1n ,

We have no reports of such issues so it may be a case-by-case issue. Can you please try running some basic debug where only Woocommerce, product feed and storefront theme running.

Also try lowering your batch size: Batch size configuration product feed – AdTribes

And we are currently working on making our plugins faster
