Executes wp tags in Text input?

Hi every body,

is there a way to executes the php as “wp tags” in the text input of the form, i try many time to work this code , but with no result :
<div><label>Ref Materiel:</label> [text* <?php the_field ('reference_materiel');?>]</div>

And how to let the text input non-editable?
