exec() required?

    Hi there!

    Did anything change in v2, or did my hoster change the server configuration without my knowledge? Everything used to run just fine, but now I receive the exec() disabled warning.

    If you look near the end of that debug log you’ll see ‘disable_functions=…’ and it includes exec, so they changed the config on you. Nothing with the exec detection changed in 2.0, and the debug log confirms the raw output of that particular setting.

    Okie, just wanted to double-check since the warning appeared at the time I upgraded to v2. Apparently just a coincidence. Thanks for your swift response!
