Exclusion JS doesn’t load anyway

  • Hello there.
    I’m trying to exclude some JS that should be loaded by default.
    I have set them into the exclusion zone but they are still blocked from loading.
    I have cleared the cache but still not working.

    Also, what Google thinks about delaying the script loading to increase the rating of the website? Is it good?
