    Hi guys,

I’ve installed multisite and create various subdomains. In order to get my subomains working I had to request wildcards.
    (en.mydomain.com, es.mydomain.com, pt.mydomain.com)
The problem is that now all my subdomains get automatically forwarded.

I’ve got a different install for my mobile subdomain – apart from my WordPress install – which I am not able to reach anymore (i.e. m.mydomain.com)

How do I exclude automatically forwarding/wildcards for my mobile subdomain(s) so that I can accesss my admin tool them again?

Please let me know because I’m stuck here.

    Thanks in advance!

    That’s a server question.

By default MOST servers are set that if you manually define a subdomain, it takes precedence over a wildcard. If yours is not, you will have to adjust the order of subdomains in your httpd.conf

If that was greek, go ask your webhost.

    Hi Mika,

Thanks for your reply. Apparently my server host doesn’t allow for this.
I’m thiking of switching from hosting provider in order to solve this, since my current provider can’t really provide a solution. Any suggestions for a hosting provider?

    Thanks Mika.

We’re not permitted to recommend hosts here, for various reasons.
