Excluding third-party sellers from search results?

Is it possible to exclude third-party sellers from being included when searching for the price and available stock?

For example, I’m linking to a product where the product is only available from a single third-party seller with a 500% markup over the normal price. I would prefer that the results say “out of stock”.
