Excluding Product Categories from Local Pickup

    I am trying to prevent any product category from using the local pickup option, except ‘charcuterie’

    I tried entering all the other product categories in the shop to the to TWO Local Pickup fields under the ‘Product Categories’ section but the Local Pickup option still persists at checkout.

    Thanks for contacting us! I hope you’re having a great day.

    To prevent specific categories from using the local pickup option, you’ll need to enable two options in the General tab of the plugin:

    1. Require Product Categories
    2. Exclude Product Categories

    Next, configure the settings as follows:

    • Add all the product categories you don’t want to use the local pickup option for in the Exclude Product Categories field.
    • Add “charcuterie” to the Require Product Categories field to local pickup option.

    Additionally, I recommend enabling the Additional Notice option for better clarity and functionality.

    Thank you, I didn’t realize I had to ‘activate’ the conditions I wanted to use on the other tabs.
