Excluding files from scan

  • I’ve not added any files specifically to be excluded from scan.
    But the following files were added automatically. Is this normal?

    Apart from the above, many jpg files were also there. I deleted them manually.

    Kindly confirm whether I can remove the above listed files from exclusion list.

    Hi @vijilamarshal

    If a scan fails on a particular file then that file is automatically added to the list in the option Exclude files from scan that match these wildcard patterns (one per line).

    This helps prevent the scan failing the next time a scan is run on that file. The file may not be the problem and a hosting server problem is causing scans to fail instead so you can clear this list and run through our troubleshooting guide here:
