Excluding classes doesn’t work

I’ve noticed that excluding classes from the
Exclude Elementssection of theAdvanced Settingtab does not seem to have any effect on the front end as classes don’t seem to be excluded. I am using theInvertColor Method Type.

It appears to not work with custom color methods as well.
